When photographers Melese and Kyle Miller approached us about designing the brand identity for their new studio, we knew there was something special about them. They were committed to cutting through the generic and getting to the art of photography. Their images are fresh; always pushing themselves to discover new approaches and techniques. Their brand needed to be just as refreshing, just as delightful as their work.

Working together we performed research to identify opportunities to differentiate their brand from the numberless photograpy studios scattering the Provo, Utah area. We learned that photoshoots were rarely pleasant, often very stressful experiences. We helped them map out the customer journey and identify areas where they could provide a more refreshing alternative.

We designed the brand identity in conjunction with the brand positioning strategy. We created a unique brand language specifying materials, designing patterns, selecting colors, etc. We designed business collateral and the company website.
